In City of Atlanta v. Adams, 256 Ga. 620 (351 S.E.2d 444) (1987), the Supreme Court reversed the judgment of this court i Adams v. City of Atlanta, 179 Ga. App. 719 (347 S.E.2d 647) (1986). Accordingly, our judgment in this case is vacated, the judgment of the Supreme Court is made the judgment of this court and the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
Judgment affirmed. Birdsong, C. J., and Banke, P. J., concur.
